About the Artwork

Shown here are the last Christmas cards our mother ever made, neatly sorted on her dining room table, ready to be placed in their envelopes to be mailed out to the lucky recipients. A Beautiful Feeling was one of them, making it so very special to us. We will never know the identity of the girl portrayed in this painting, but there is an uncanny likeness to our mother's cousin Peachie.
