As our products are custom printed to order according to your preferences, all of our products are final sale and non-returnable.
We guarantee the quality of our products, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us at support@chaunceyartcollective.com within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Include photos of the issue AND the packaging it arrived in. Your photos will be reviewed, and reprint/return information will be communicated within 5 business days of your request.
Chauncey Art Collective, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon inquiry, Chauncey Art Collective, LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
