This card is of our Grandmother Jeanette, who believed in celebrating with style! This image captured her urban world in her Upper East Side apartment. Her piano was a stage for seasonal bouquets, from delicate dogwood branches or fluffy pussy willows to dozens of roses.

Her imitation Ficus tree was also a star attraction, transforming with the seasons—from tiny pumpkins and ghosts to festive Christmas bulbs and tinsel. The fringe of her beloved oriental rug is also visible. And a fun fact about our glamorous and witty matriarch? She claimed her birthday lasted two days because she was born at midnight, a tradition we stretched into a week-long celebration at our mother's house in Vermont.

This card is for everyone who finds joy in the little details and believes in celebrating life with a ladylike kick of the heels.
